Joanna Waterhouse, artist-in-residence with the drawing shed in September 2010, created a project called ‘Shelf’: residents were invited to bring their precious collections or individual objects from their homes and to set them up on shelves within the drawing shed for a photo session, leading to mounted images of their individual installation being taken back into the home.
